I love both the content and the delivery. I'll admit to being a bit biased, as it aligns with my own thinking. I don't say this lightly, but as I was reading, I could almost anticipate what was coming; I was thinking from my own perspective about how I would write it.
Your point about the small/large problem made the biggest impact on me. I've observed the same fractal principle at work. It's a powerful idea because, as you zoom in and out, the core principles and frameworks still hold up.
